NOTICE OFOPEN BOOK
FOR THE
VILLAGE OF OLIVER, DOUGLAS COUNTY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to sec. 70.45, Wis. Stats., the Village of Oliver
assessment roll for the year 2026 will be open for examination on Tuesday, May 19, 2026,
from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at the Oliver Village Hall, 2125 E. State St, Village of Oliver, Wisconsin.

Instructional material about the assessment process and Board of Review procedures will
be available during the Open Book, including information on how to file an Official
Objection to the assessment with the Board of Review under Wisconsin law.

Property owners are encouraged to talk to the Assessor regarding their assessment before
the meeting of the Board of Review. A notice of intent to file an objection at the Board of
Review must be received in the Village Clerk’s Office at least 48 hours before the first Board
of Review meeting, which is scheduled for 4:00 pm on May 26, 2026.
