NOTICE

Please take note that the Board for the Village of Oliver repealed and recreated a new Floodplain Zoning Ordinance Number 2026-1 that meets or exceeds state and federal minimum standards on August 25, 2026.

The adopted regulations are intended to protect life, health, and property in floodplains areas and govern uses permitted in mapped floodplains.
