NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING

ON A REQUEST TO VACATE CERTAIN STREET/ALLEY

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE a Public Hearing will be held by the Village Board of the Village of Oliver, Douglas County, Wisconsin, on Monday, December 30, 2024 at 6:00 PM. at Oliver Village Hall, 2125 E State St, to receive public comments on the following:     

      1. Resolution R13-24, Final Resolution Vacating and Discontinuing Certain Streets/Alleys.Tim Van Hout-        request to vacate internal street between blocks 1 and 2 of Airline Division No. 3, and internal alley in Lots 1-22, Block 2, Airline Division No. 3 Division (3274 S Chicago Ave)

The purpose of the public hearing is to accept public comments on the vacate request. Upon the close of the Public Hearing, a meeting of the Village Board of Trustees shall continue, and the request shall be addressed on the agenda.
