NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING ON A REQUEST TO VACATE CERTAIN STREET/ALLEY

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE a Public Hearing will be held by the Village Board of the Village of Oliver, Douglas County, Wisconsin, on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at 6:00 PM. at Oliver Village Hall, 2125 E State St, to receive public comments on the following

1.  Resolution R1-25, Final Resolution Vacating and Discontinuing Certain Streets/Alleys.

Jeremy and Lynn Ruzic – request to vacate internal alley in Lots 1-32 Incl, Block 43 Riverside Division to Saint Louis (3287 S Chicago Ave).

The purpose of the public hearing is to accept public comments on the vacate request. Upon the close of the Public Hearing, a meeting of the Village Board of Trustees shall continue, and the request shall be addressed on the agenda.
